AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Consent Calendar was amended to remove Items 8.D. and 8.E. from consideration. <br /> 8. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Item 8.D. and 8.E. were removed from the Consent Calendar. The remaining items on <br /> the Consent Calendar were approved by the following vote: <br /> M /S /C Starosciak and Prola. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> A. Minutes of the Meeting of June 20, 2011. Approved as amended. <br /> B. Reports on City Council Committees. <br /> 1. Business and Housing Development Committee Meeting of June 9, 2011. <br /> Accepted as submitted. <br /> a. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Include requested service <br /> enhancements, free pickup to public schools within the service area, and <br /> additional outreach on how customers can increase their recycling services <br /> in the next Solid Waste and Recycling Franchise Agreement with Oro Loma <br /> Sanitary District. <br /> The City Council approved this recommendation. <br /> 2. Facilities and Transportation Committee Meeting of June 14, 2011. Accepted as <br /> submitted. <br />
