IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -138 <br /> RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br /> (2011 Business License Tax, Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk Repairs, Community <br /> Compliance Code Enforcement Violation Penalties and /or Weed Abatement Charges, False <br /> Alarm Responses, and Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPA) Fees) <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the <br /> assessments proposed to be levied for non - payment of delinquent 2011 business license tax, solid <br /> waste service charges, sidewalk repairs, community compliance code enforcement violation <br /> penalties and /or weed abatement charges, false alarm responses, and Certified Unified Program <br /> Agencies (CUPA) fees, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 18, 2011 in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577. <br /> At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br /> described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br /> assessments. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Gregory and passed and adopted this 18th day of July, <br /> 2011, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza.
