IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -144 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP 10025 FOR 2500 MERCED STREET AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY, PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENTS AND A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT BY THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NOS. 077A- 0649 - 003 -03, 077A- 0649 - 012 -00, AND 077A- 0649 -003- 02; OWNER, SUBDIVIDER AND APPLICANT: KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITALS. FINDINGS The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. RECITALS A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 10025, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California" has been submitted to this Council. The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically correct, and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. The City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 10025 is incorporated herein by this reference. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: 1. That said Parcel Map 10025 is categorically exempt from the environmental review requirement of CEQA, under Title 5, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code. 2. That the Public Right -of -Way, Public Access Easements and Public Utility Easement (PUE) are hereby accepted by the City of San Leandro by and through its City Council on behalf of the public, subject to the improvement of said parcels in conformance with the approved Improvement Plans for Parcel Map 10025. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept, and execute all documents to effect any and all rights dedicated or granted herein. 3. That said Parcel Map 10025 is hereby approved.
