IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -144 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP 10025 FOR 2500 MERCED STREET AND <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY, PUBLIC ACCESS <br /> EASEMENTS AND A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT BY THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, <br /> ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NOS. 077A- 0649 - 003 -03, 077A- 0649 - 012 -00, AND 077A- 0649 -003- <br /> 02; OWNER, SUBDIVIDER AND APPLICANT: KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITALS. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with <br /> the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 10025, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, <br /> California" has been submitted to this Council. <br /> The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically correct, and that the <br /> subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br /> Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> The City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 10025 is incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said Parcel Map 10025 is categorically exempt from the environmental <br /> review requirement of CEQA, under Title 5, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br /> Administrative Code. <br /> 2. That the Public Right -of -Way, Public Access Easements and Public Utility <br /> Easement (PUE) are hereby accepted by the City of San Leandro by and through <br /> its City Council on behalf of the public, subject to the improvement of said <br /> parcels in conformance with the approved Improvement Plans for Parcel Map <br /> 10025. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept, and execute all <br /> documents to effect any and all rights dedicated or granted herein. <br /> 3. That said Parcel Map 10025 is hereby approved. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Cutter and passed and adopted this 18th day of July, 2011, <br /> by the following called vote: <br />
