Matter of Appeal by Harry Metaxas of the Board of Zoning Adjustments' Approval of <br />PLN2011- 00014, Minor Site Plan Review Approval (PLN2011- 00012); to Build an <br />Approximately 692 Square Foot Addition to the Rear of the Existing Single Family <br />Home; Approximately 335 Square Feet Will Be Added to the First Floor for a Family <br />Room and Half Bath and Approximately 355 Square Feet Will Be a New Second Story <br />Providing for a Bedroom and Bath; 908 Dowling Boulevard; Assessor's Parcel Number <br />76- 308 -19; J. McGrath (Applicant and Property Owner); RS Residential Single - Family <br />District. <br />Harry Metaxas, the appellant, was unable to attend the meeting. In his absence, Jeffrey <br />Allen, attorney for Mr. and Mrs. Metaxas, and Nicolas Haralambides, presented the <br />appeal. <br />Jim McGrath, the applicant, and his daughter, Dara Garcia, urged the Council to reject <br />the appeal. <br />Minute Order No. 2011 -080 Motion Denying the Appeal by Harry Metaxas, <br />Upholding the Board of Zoning Adjustments' Affirmation of the Approval of the <br />Minor Site Plan Review. <br />The City Council denied the appeal by Harry Metaxas, upholding the Board <br />of Zoning Adjustments' affirmation of the approval of the minor site plan <br />review. <br />
