IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />STANDARD SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AND COUNTY OF ALAMEDA FOR MEASURE A HEALTH AND WELLNESS <br />SERVICES FOR SAN LEANDRO SENIORS <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, the County of Alameda desires to obtain Health and Wellness Services <br />for San Leandro Seniors; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro will provide Health and Wellness Services at the <br />San Leandro Senior Community Center in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Council authorizes the Interim City Manager to execute a Standard <br />Services Agreement with the County of Alameda for Health and Wellness Services to be <br />provided at the San Leandro Senior Community Center. The term of the Agreement shall be <br />from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. The compensation payable to the City shall not <br />exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) for the term of the Agreement. <br />Introduced by Council Member and passed and adopted <br />this 6th day of September 2011, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />
