IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011- <br />RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR THE BANCROFT AVENUE STREET <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 09- 150 -38 -319; FEDERAL AID PROJECT <br />NO. ESPL -5041 (035) <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and O.C. Jones & Sons, Inc., dated July 20, 2010, <br />Bancroft Avenue Street Rehabilitation, Project No. 09- 150 -38 -319, is complete. <br />Said work was completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and to the <br />satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends that <br />said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />proj ect. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4.
