ADOPT: Resolution Authorizing Acquisition of a Public Utility Easement over a <br />Portion of 2700 Merced Street (authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to <br />negotiate, purchase, and accept a public utility easement to facilitate utility <br />undergrounding on Merced Street). <br />M. ADOPT: Resolution Affirming the Sanitary Sewer Connection Fees for New <br />Constriction and Amending the San Leandro Administrative Code Title 12, Chapter 5 <br />Relating to Uniform Wastewater Discharge Regulations (affirms that the existing sewer <br />connection fee covers calculated costs for expanding the capacity of the sanitary sewer <br />system to meet the needs of the City's Downtown Transportation Development plans <br />and amends the San Leandro Administrative Code to provide for inflationary <br />adjustment of the sewer connection fee). <br />
