Donna Payne, San Leandro business owner, addressed the City Council, commenting that she is being liened for a business that she has terminated. Ramez Barghouthy, San Leandro property owner, addressed the City Council, commenting that his property is being liened for solid waste charges incurred by a former business tenant. There being no other public speakers, and without objection, the public hearing was closed. 1. Resolution No. 2011 -138. Resolution Overruling Protests (2011 Business License Tax, Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk Repairs, Community Compliance Code Enforcement Violation Penalties and/or Weed Abatement Charges, False Alarm Responses, and Certified Unified Program Agency [CUPA] Fees) (overrules protests or objections made by owners or persons in possession of certain properties). Resolution No. 2011 -139, Resolution Imposing Liens for Non - Payment of Delinquent 2011 Business License Tax, Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk Repairs, Community Compliance Code Enforcement Violation Penalties and/or Weed Abatement Charges, False Alarm Responses, and Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) Fees (permits the City to place delinquent charges on the applicable fiscal year 2011 -12 Alameda County secured property tax roll). PUBLIC COMMENTS Jake Jacoby, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, submitting a written request to the Council to consider designating a room at a City facility for playing pool. Jeff Torres, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, agreeing with the previous speaker regarding the need for a City facility for senior citizens to play pool.
