Resolution No. 2011 -001 CHAD, Resolution of the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District Approving the Annual Report of the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District (G1-IAD) for Fiscal Year 2010 -1 I (provides for the approval of the annual report of the activities of the GRAD). ADOPT: Resolution Amending Title 8, Chapter 5 to the San Leandro Administrative Code, Relating to Substandard Residential Driveways (modifies the property owner /City cost sharing for non - standard driveway replacement under certain conditions when streets are reconstructed, and suspends the driveway replacement program when funding is not available). Resolution No. 2011 -144, Resolution Approving Parcel Map 10025 for 2500 Merced Street and Acceptance of Dedication of Public Right -of -Way, Public Access Easements and a Public Utility Easement by the City of San Leandro, Assessor's Parcel Nos. 077A- 0649- 003 -03, 077A -0649- 012 -00, and 077A -0649- 003 -02; Owner, Subdivider, and Applicant: Kaiser Foundation Hospitals (provides for roadway widening, new sidewalk, storm drainage, and traffic signal improvements associated with the construction of the future Kaiser Hospital and Hospital Support Building).
