ADOPT: Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Golden <br /> Associates Relating to the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) - Downtown Pedestrian <br /> Improvement Project, Project No. 11- 150 -38 -331, Federal -Aid Project No. ESPL- <br /> 5041(036) (provides for preparation of construction documents related to landscape and <br /> irrigation for the subject project). (Moved to Item 9, Items Removed from Consent <br /> Calendar.) <br /> 9. ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 8.C.2.a. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that the <br /> City Council schedule approval for the creation of a pilot program to digitally record the <br /> Rules and Communications Committee meetings in the Sister Cities Gallery, and the <br /> Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustments meetings in the City Council <br /> Chambers. The program would be reviewed after six months to assess the costs, usage <br /> and benefits of the program. The Committee further recommends the purchase of the <br /> necessary equipment to digitally record meetings outside the Council Chambers, which <br /> would be purchased with PEG (Public, Educational and Govemment) funds. <br /> The City Council approved this recommendation. <br /> M/S /C Cutter and Souza.
