Resolution No. 2011 -146, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Authorizing the Call for Bids for the Annual Sidewalk Program 2011 -12, Project No. 2009.0241 (provides for removal and replacement of damaged concrete sidewalk, driveway approaches, curbs and gutters and the installation of sidewalk curb ramps throughout the City). Resolution No. 2011 -147, Resolution of Award of Construction Contract to Gallagher & Burk, Inc. for the Annual Overlay/Rehabilitation 2010 -11 Project, Project No. 10- 149 -38 -327 (recommends award to the low bidder in the amount of 51 ,009,729.50 for the subject project). Resolution No. 2011 -148, Resolution of Award of Construction Contract to Blossom Valley Construction for the Par Course Improvements, Project No. 10- 150 -38 -322 (recommends award to the low bidder in the amount of $402,776.00 for the subject project). O. ADOPT: Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Golden Associates Relating to the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) - Downtown Pedestrian Improvement Project, Project No. 11- 150 -38 -331, Federal -Aid Project No. ESPL- 5041(036) (provides for preparation of construction documents related to landscape and irrigation for the subject project). (Moved to Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar.) 9. ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT CALENDAR 8.C.2.a. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that the City Council schedule approval for the creation of a pilot program to digitally record the Rules and Communications Committee meetings in the Sister Cities Gallery, and the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustments meetings in the City Council Chambers. The program would be reviewed after six months to assess the costs, usage and benefits of the program. The Committee further recommends the purchase of the necessary equipment to digitally record meetings outside the Council Chambers, which would be purchased with PEG (Public, Educational and Govemment) funds.
