Resolution No. 2011 -159 Resolution Affirming the Sanitary Sewer Connection Fees <br />for New Constriction and Amending the San Leandro Administrative Code Title 12, <br />Chapter 5 Relating to Uniform Wastewater Discharge Regulations (affirms that the <br />existing sewer connection fee covers calculated costs for expanding the capacity of the <br />sanitary sewer system to meet the needs of the City's Downtown Transportation <br />Development plans and amends the San Leandro Administrative Code to provide for <br />inflationary adjustment of the sewer connection fee). <br />9.
