I will <br />be much more likely to buy take -out from San Leandro restaurants if I know my food will come in <br />more earth- and health - friendly containers. Styrafoam containers pollute landfills for very, very <br />long time periods, can leach chemicals into food, and cannot be composted through San Leandro's <br />wonderful green waste program.
