Yes, our business stopped using polystyrene foam years ago but we did so voluntarily and we believe that given the facts concerning both the basis and enforcement, it should remain a voluntary choice for businesses. I would hope that the recommendation of the committee will be to table the ordinance until such time as Items 1 -3 can be accomplished — whether by the City, StopWaste, or the State.
