ADOPT: Resolution Approving the HOME Consortium Agreement Between the City <br />of San Leandro and the County of Alameda for Federal Fiscal Years 2012 -2014 <br />(continues the City's participation in the HOME Consortium and establishes Alameda <br />County Housing and Community Department [HCD] as the lead agency in <br />administration of the HOME funds). <br />H. ADOPT: Resolution of Award of Constriction Contract to JJR Constriction, Inc. for <br />the Annual Sidewalk Program 2011 -12, Project No. 2009.0241 (recommends award to <br />the low bidder in the amount of $271,140.00 for the subject project). <br />L ADOPT: Resolution of Award of Constriction Contract to Dillard Tricking, Inc. for <br />the 14901 East 14 Street Remediation Project, Project No. 11- 962 -39 -022 <br />(recommends award of contract to the low bidder in the amount of $175,417.65 for the <br />subject project). <br />9.
