IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-163 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH G.E. CH.EN <br /> CONSTRUCTION, INC., TO INCLUDE PHASE 2 AND 3 OF THE CITY'S RESIDENTIAL <br /> NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM, PROJECT NO. SL -0403. <br /> Recitals <br /> An amendment to a contract between the City of San Leandro and G.E. Chen Construction, <br /> Inc., has been presented to this Council. <br /> The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended approval of said contract amendment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said contract amendment is hereby approved, thereby extending G.E.
