ALAMEDA COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> HOME SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT #1 <br /> CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> AND <br /> THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> THIS FIRST AMENDMENT modifies the Contract ( No. C -5382) entered into on the 13th day of <br /> July 2010 by and between the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, a body corporate and politic of the State <br /> of California. hereinafter referred to as COUNTY and the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO hereinafter <br /> referred to as CITY for fiscal year 2010 HOME funding. <br /> For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, <br /> County and City agree to amend the Agreement in the following respects: <br /> A. The Agreement is amended to decrease the maximum amount of HOME funds as follows: <br /> On Page I, paragraph 1. Delete "The maximum amount of fiscal year 2010 HOME funds <br /> covered by this Agreement shall be $329,247." and replace it with "The maximum amount <br /> of fiscal year 2010 HOME funds covered by this Agreement shall be 5172,929." <br /> B.
