The project improves an intersection that is typically deficient in the Alameda Congestion <br />Management Plan but qualifies for other exclusions from preparing a remediation plan. The project would be <br />the remediation plan for the intersection. <br />Project Benefits <br />The level of service of the critical movement with the projectted traffic volumes improves from F to D.
