Integration; Incorporation. This Agreement, including all the exhibits attached <br />hereto, represents the entire and integrated agreement between City and District and <br />supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. <br />All exhibits attached hereto are incorporated by reference herein. <br />Counterparts.
