IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -177 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS (PANSY STREET AT 144 <br /> AVENUE AND PANSY STREET AT 145 AVENUE) <br /> Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6 -1 -215 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br /> City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. That the following intersections are designated for placement of stop signs <br /> pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6 -1 -215: <br /> PANSY STREET AT 144 AVENUE, all vehicles traveling northwest bound on Pansy <br /> Street shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection of 144th Avenue. <br /> PANSY STREET AT 145 AVENUE, all vehicles traveling southeast bound on Pansy <br /> Street shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection of 145th Avenue. <br /> Section 2. The provisions of Section 6 -1 -215 shall be added to Chapter 5, Section 500 of <br /> the San Leandro Traffic Code. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 17th day of October, <br /> 2011, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: U 1L1 M, L t& <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
