IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -179 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF PARCEL <br /> B OF PARCEL MAP 7568 TO THE SAN FRANCISCO ESTUARY INSTITUTE <br /> WHEREAS, documents granting an easement over land owned by the City of San <br /> Leandro to the San Francisco Estuary Institute, a copies of which are attached, have been <br /> presented to the Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said easement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 1 7th day of October, <br /> 2011, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: — 1 41 -0 1 1.04A , <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
