IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -182 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SAN LEANDRO DARK <br /> FIBER FOR THE INSTALLATION OF FIBER OPTIC FACILITIES IN CITY CONDUIT <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and San Leandro Dark Fiber, <br /> a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 17th day of October, <br /> 2011, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
