CITY COUNCIL REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> City Councilmembers reported on meetings and other local events attended since the last <br /> meeting; reported on attendance at conferences and seminars; and made brief comments on <br /> issues of concern. <br /> By consensus, the City Council: <br /> • Agreed to schedule a discussion regarding the idea of honoring youth - friendly businesses, <br /> and ideas for other referrals to boards and commissions, at a future Council meeting. <br /> • Agreed to refer the review of the bid process for businesses located within the City of San <br /> Leandro, to the City Council Rules and Communications Committee. <br /> 13.
