I I. Donations dropped off during non - business hours shall be considered a nuisance. <br /> A Goodwill Industries employee will visit the site at least twice during non - <br /> business hours to monitor and if necessary clean the storefront. <br /> I. The applicant shall install a video security camera. and post in a clear location <br /> notice of such surveillance, to discourage the dropping-off of nuisance donations <br /> during non - business hours. Signage shall include language that dumping is a crime <br /> per California Penal Code Section 374.3. <br /> 1. Loading and unloading activities shall be conducted in a manner that will not <br /> obstruct traffic flow in the immediate area or impede access to adjacent businesses. <br /> K. These conditions of approval shall be posted in the building and shall he made <br /> accessible to all employees. <br /> III. SIGs \ACE <br /> A. Prior to installation, the applicant shall submit precise details for the new signage, <br /> for review by the Zoning Enforcement Official. Said details shall include but are <br /> not limited to location, color or copy. sign area calculations. and method of <br /> construction or attachment to the building. At a minimum, the sign program shall <br /> be comprised of individual letters, similar in size and design. A building permit is <br /> required for signage prior to installation. <br /> B. No temporary or unauthorized signs, including but not limited to banners, <br /> balloons, streamers and pennants shall be placed on the property unless approved <br /> by the City under a Special Event Permit. <br /> C. The signage shall be kept in good. clean, sound condition al all times: any damage <br /> shall be promptly repaired. <br /> IV. FIRE <br /> A. Building permits are required for any new construction work. (Prior to start of <br /> work). <br /> B. The project shall comply with the California Building and Fire Codes as adopted <br /> by the City of San Leandro. <br /> V. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. The site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter. debris and weeds. <br /> 13. Any graffiti shalt be removed from the building walls and the perimeter fencing. <br /> C.
