The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br /> successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br /> informed of its terms and conditions. Construction shall commence within one (1) <br /> year following Board of Zoning Adjustments approval and shall be substantially <br /> completed one (1) year .thereafter. For the purpose of compliance with this <br /> condition, commencement of construction shall be defined as the pouring or <br /> construction of a substantial portion of the building foundation. <br /> C. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant and /or property owner shall • <br /> submit an outdoor staging and storage plan for the outdoor areas to be used for <br /> equipment and materials during the construction of the new building. Said plan <br /> shall be subject to the review and approval of the Community Development <br /> Director, Alameda County Fire Marshall and the City Engineer. <br /> IL PERMITTED USE <br /> A. This Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review approval grants permission to <br /> construct an automobile parts sales store (AutoZone), including storage and <br /> distribution, with approximately 18,000 square feet of floor area on a 51,690 <br /> square foot (1.19 acre) site at 14850 East 14th Street; Alameda County Assessor's' <br /> Agreement to Conditions August 4, 2011 <br /> PLN2011 -00019 Page 3 of 15 <br />
