JONES & SONS, INC., 1520 FOURTH STREET, BERKELEY,.CA 945710, PHONE: (510) 526 -34, as contractor, . for a certain work of improvement: to wit: BANCROFT AVENUE STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 09- 150 -38 -319. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, 71 STEVENSON STREET, #600, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94105, ('HONE: (415) 777- 1307. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the BANCROFT AVENUE STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 09- 150 -38 -319, project is that of public improvements made to public right -of -way designated as portion of Bancroft Avenue between 138th Avenue and 148th Avenue as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 6'" day of SEPTEMBER, 2011.
