The agreement formalizes <br /> the Zoning Enforcement Official's approval for the Administrative Review of a proposed <br /> small -scale fast food restaurant (Subway) at 13S0S Fast 14 Street. Administrative <br /> Review approval allows you obtain a business license and begin operations, following <br /> final inspections on your tenant improvements under BLD2009 -01 S 13: <br /> Please review the Agreement to Conditions, have the Agreement signed and have the <br /> signatures notarized. Please then forward the conditions of approval, with a copy of this <br /> cover letter, to the property owner, Michael Yee. The property owner should sign and have <br /> the forms notarized and then return the signed, notarized, and original to this office for <br /> further processing. The correct notary form is enclosed for your convenience.
