The motion carried by the following <br />vote. <br />Aye: 6 - Council Member Pauline Russo Cutter Member Jim Prola <br />Member Ursula Reed Member Diana Souza Mayor Michael <br />Gregory and Mayor Stephen Cassidy <br />Nay: 1 - Council Member Joyce Starosciak <br />Enactment No: Reso 2011 -188 <br />The City Council recessed from 9:02 p.m. to 9:12 p.m. <br />10.13. 11 -327 Staff Report for Resolution Authorizing Transfers from General Fund Fund Balance <br />to Self Insurance Fund and Economic Uncertainty Reserve <br />Attachments: General Fund Fund Reserves 10 -11 -11 <br />CHRIS CROW, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, suggesting that <br />the City allocate $200,000 of its economic uncertainty reserve to the Davis Street <br />Family Resource Center and other employment assistance programs as a way to <br />help residents find jobs and stay in their homes. <br />11 -322 ADOPT: Resolution Authorizing Transfers from General Fund Fund Balance to Self <br />Insurance Fund and Economic Uncertainty Reserve <br />Attachments: Year End Fund Balance 2012 <br />A motion was made by Council Member Reed, seconded by Council Member <br />Prola, that this Resolution be Adopted.
