Regulated <br />Haulers operating within Covered <br />Jurisdictions. <br />0 <br />SECTION 14 (Severability) <br />If any provision of this Ordinance or its application to any situation is held to be invalid, <br />the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Ordinance which can <br />be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions <br />of this Ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 15 (Notice and Verification) <br />This Ordinance shall be posted at the Authority Office after its second reading by the <br />Board for at least thirty (30) days and shall become effective thirty (30) days after the <br />15 <br />
