This <br />temporary situation could <br />create odors that may disturb <br />sensitive receptors near the <br />project area, such as existing <br />residential uses, schools and <br />hospitals in the project <br />vicinity. <br />Mitigation Measure #5: Prior to demolition activities, the asbestos - <br />containing pipe insulation, sheet vinyl floor covering, floor tale and mastic, <br />roofing materials and transite panels should be removed in accordance with <br />the BAAQMD's Regulation 11, Rule 2.
