ALAMEDA COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> HOME SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT #2 <br /> CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> AND <br /> THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA • <br /> THIS SECOND AMENDMENT modifies the Contract (No. C -5382) entered into on the 1st day of <br /> November 2011 by and between the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, a body corporate and politic of <br /> the State of California, hereinafter referred to as COUNTY and the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> hereinafter referred to as CITY for fiscal year 2010 HOME funding. <br /> Whereas, the Contract (No. C -5382) was amended by the First Amendment dated July 10, 2010, <br /> by decreasing the maximum amount of fiscal year 2010 HOME funds from $329,247 to <br /> $172,929; and <br /> Whereas, it is necessary to correct the change made in the First Amendment due to a minor <br /> mathematical error; <br /> Now, therefore, for valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby <br /> acknowledged, County and City agree to further amend the Agreement in the following respects: <br /> A. The Agreement is further amended to increase the maximum amount of HOME funds as <br /> follows: <br /> On Page 1, paragraph 1. Delete "The maximum amount of fiscal year 2010 HOME funds <br /> covered by this Agreement shall be $172,929." and replace it with "The maximum amount <br /> of fiscal year 2010 HOME funds covered by this Agreement shall be $174,832." <br /> B.
