The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the STATE <br /> ROOFING SYSTEMS, INC., 15444 HESPERIAN BOULEVARD, SAN <br /> LEANDRO, CA 94578, PHONE: (510) 317 -1477, PROJECT NO. 09- 687 -18 -104, <br /> project is that of public improvements made to a public building, commonly known as <br /> the South Offices on 999 East 14 Street in San Leandro, as well as ownership of <br /> improvements thereon. <br /> 4.
