xN <br />City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: January 17, 2012 <br />Resolution - RDA <br />File Number: 12 -001 <br />TO: Redevelopment Agency <br />Agenda Section: CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />FROM: Lianne Marshall <br />Interim City Manager /Executive Director <br />BY: Luke Sims <br />Community Development Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW: Not Applicable <br />TITLE: ADOPT: Resolution Stating that the City of San Leandro Redevelopment <br />Agency Did Not Forgive Any Loans Owed to the Agency by Any Public Body <br />During the 2011 Calendar Year <br />Resolution Stating that the City of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Did Not Forgive Any <br />Loans Owed to the Agency by Any Public Body During the 2011 Calendar Year <br />Whereas, Assembly Bill 936, effective January 1, 2012, provides that by not later than <br />February 1, 2012, redevelopment agencies must adopt a resolution stating whether or not <br />during calendar year 2011, the agency has forgiven any loans, advances or indebtedness <br />owed to the agency by any public body; <br />Whereas the City of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ") has not <br />forgiven any loans, advances or indebtedness owed to the Agency by any public body during <br />calendar year 2011. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Agency hereby: <br />1. Determines that it has not forgiven any loans, advances or indebtedness owed to the <br />Agency by any public body during calendar year 2011. <br />2.
