Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Fiscal Year 2010 -11 Annual Report to the City Council of San Leandro (Health and Safety Code Section 33080.1) This Annual Report shall serve as the required report to the legislative body by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro (the "Agency ") as prescribed in Section 33080.1 of the Health and Safety Code. A version of this report shall also be submitted to the California State Controller (in the format required by the State Controller) pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33080 within six months of the end of the prior fiscal year, which is December 31, 2011. The report contains each of the required elements provided in Section 33080.1. Section provides a detailed fiscal statement outlined in Section 33080.5 of the Health and Safety Code and the Financial Transactions Report, as provided for by the State Controller's Office. Section II includes the Basic Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011. This report provides an examination of the financial statements of the Agency, and has been prepared by Maze & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, licensed by the State of California. Section III is the required description of the Agency's activities in Fiscal Year 2010 -11 affecting housing and displacement using the forms developed by the Department of Housing and Community Development. Section IV includes a description of the Agency's progress in eliminating blight, a status report on loans made by the Agency, and a report on properties owned by the Agency or acquired during the Fiscal Year 2010 -11.
