Applicant shall comply with the regulations and provisions contained in the City's Grading <br /> Ordinance, the City's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Permit, and the National Pollutant <br /> Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. If a permit isn't obtained by 12/1/11 <br /> the design must comply with the requirements of the MRP dated 10/14/09. <br /> L. Runoff from trash enclosures, recycling areas, or similar facilities shall not discharge to the <br /> storm drain system. Trash enclosure areas shall be covered and designed to avoid run -on to <br /> the trash enclosure area. <br /> M.
