Boulevard improvements, Tennyson Road grade <br />separation. <br />South County Major Roadways: East -west <br />connector in North Fremont and Union City, I - <br />680/I -880 cross connectors, Fremont Boulevard <br />improvements, upgrades to the relinquished <br />Route 84 in Fremont, Central Avenue <br />Overcrossing, Thornton Ave widening, Mowry <br />Ave., Newark local streets. <br />East County Major Roadways: Greenville Road <br />widening, El Charro Road improvements, <br />Dougherty Road widening, Dublin Boulevard <br />widening, Bernal Bridge construction. <br />• Countywide Freight Corridors: Outer Harbor <br />Intermodal Terminal at the Port of Oakland, 71h <br />Street grade separation and roadway <br />improvement in Oakland, as well as truck routes <br />serving the Port of Oakland. <br />Projects will be developed by local agencies working <br />in cooperation with neighboring jurisdictions and the <br />Alameda CTC to reduce congestion, remove <br />bottlenecks, improve safety, enhance operations, and <br />enhance alternatives to single occupant auto travel in <br />these corridors. Projects will be funded based on <br />project readiness, constructability, geographic equity, <br />and cost effectiveness as determined by the Alameda <br />CTC working with local jurisdictions as part of the <br />Alameda CTC Capital Improvement Program which <br />is updated every two years. <br />
