(Subject to the regulations of Section <br /> 4 -1674: Bed and Breakfast Inns.) <br /> 4. Beer and Wine Stores. (Beer and Wine Stores shall not be <br /> located within one thousand (1,000) feet of a site occupied by <br /> a public or private school, park, library, or recreational <br /> facilities, and no exterior vending machines shall be <br /> permitted.
