3. Local Transportation Technology:. <br /> a. VRF local transportation technology grant funds are awarded on a <br /> discretionary basis through a competitive grant program. Any recipient of such a grant award <br /> shall enter into a separate agreement with Alameda CTC prior to receipt of such funds. <br /> b. The VRF Local Transportation Technology Program <br /> Implementation Guidelines provide program eligibility and fund usage guidelines, definitions, <br /> additional requirements, and guideline adoption details. Said guidelines are hereby incorporated <br /> into this AGREEMENT by reference. <br /> 4. Mass Transit: <br /> a. Measure 13 pass - through funds are allocated to the transit operators <br /> based on a set of percentages of net revenues generated by the Measure B sales tax. These <br /> percentages are attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference made a part of this <br /> AGREEMENT. Allocations may change in the future based on transit service changes. <br /> Recipients are not required to enter into a separate agreement with Alameda CTC prior to receipt <br /> of such funds. <br /> b. Measure 13 and VRF mass transit grant funds are awarded on a <br /> discretionary basis through competitive grant programs. Any recipient of such a grant award <br /> shall enter into a separate agreement with Alameda CTC in conformance with the Mass Transit <br /> Program Implementation Guidelines prior to receipt of such funds. <br />
