Column A shows the percentage of 2000 Measure B funds required to be distributed to each area in <br /> the County for non - mandated paratransit services, as set forth in the Plan. These figures do not <br /> include funding for "gap" or ADA- mandated services, and allocate the entirety of South County <br /> funding to non - mandated services during this initial period. <br /> 2. Column B shows the current formula for allocation of paratransit funds. This funding allocation was <br /> developed by the Paratransit Advisory and Planning Committee (PAPCO). <br /> 3. Column C shows each jurisdiction's portion of 1986 Measure B paratransit funds by Area. For <br /> example, this column shows that Alameda receives 10.606% of total 1986 Measure B funds allocated <br /> to North County for paratransit funding. This is calculated by dividing Alameda's PAPCO percentage <br /> of 5.78% by 54.50 %, the total PAPCO share allocated to North County. <br /> 4. Column D shows the allocation of 2000 Measure B funds pursuant to this Agreement. The figures in <br /> this column are calculated by multiplying the Area figures shown in Column A by the figures in <br /> Column C.
