IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -33 (2121) <br /> 'RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br /> MASTER PROGRAM FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> TRANNSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY ( ACTIA) FOR MEASURE B <br /> PARATRANSIT OPERATING FUNDS, AND APPROVING THE PLAN FOR USE OF <br /> SUCH FUNDS AS DESCRIBED IN THE APPLICATION FOR FUNDING <br /> Recitals <br /> WHEREAS, before Measure B Paratransit funds will be made available to local <br /> agencies, the LOCAL AGENCY and the ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION <br /> IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY (ACTIA) are required to enter into a master program <br /> funding agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, ACTIA requires as part of this agreement, a resolution authorizing an <br /> official of the participating agency to execute said agreement. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the City Manager is authorized to enter into a master program funding agreement <br /> with the Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority for Measure B Paratransit <br /> Operating Funds; and <br /> That the plan for use of the funds as set forth in the attached application is hereby <br /> approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to <br /> ACTIA in conjunction with the agreement. <br />
