IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -030 <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO PROVIDE TWO YEARS ADDITIONAL SERVICE CREDIT <br /> AS AN INCENTIVE TO IDENTIFIED CLASSIFICATIONS TO RETIRE <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That the City Council of the City of San Leandro is a contracting Public Agency of the <br /> California Public Employees' Retirement System; and <br /> Public Agency desires to provide another designated period for Two Years Additional <br /> Service Credit, Section 20903, based on the contract amendment included in said contract which <br /> provided for Section 20903, Two Years Additional Service Credit, for eligible members. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said City Council does seek to add another designated period, and does hereby <br /> authorize this Resolution, indicating a desire to add a designated period from April 3, 2012 through <br /> July 2, 2012 for eligible miscellaneous members. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 2nd day of April, 2012, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak (5) <br /> NOES: Councilmember Cutter; Mayor Cassidy (2) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: V �� LkI G -b`-- <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
