IP (AU) District - Uses Requiring Administrative Review <br />The following uses are allowed in the IP (AU) District, subject to the <br />approval of a Zoning Permit by the Zoning Enforcement Official, as <br />per the requirements of Article 21. <br />1. Automatic Teller Machines. <br />2. Parcel Processing and Shipping Centers. (Administrative Review <br />is required to occupy thirty thousand (30,000) square feet or more, <br />in a building constructed after August 15, 2001.
