E. Faustina, by deed recorded March 10, 1925, in Book <br />902, Page 475, running thence South 69 degrees 13 minutes West 1175.31 feet to an angle point in said road; <br />thence South 49 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds West 503.40 feet to the Western boundary line of t he <br />Rancho San Leandro. <br />APN: 042 - 4530 -004 <br />Parcel Four: <br />To find the point of beginning, begin at the point of intersection of the Southwestern line of County Road <br />#1434 commonly known as "Bay Farm Island and San Leandro Road ", as now exists, with the Southern <br />boundary line of that certain 42.35 acre tract of land conveyed by Peter Lekos, a single Man to J. E.
