SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE FINANCE <br />TITLE 6, Chapter 4 FISCAL YEAR 2013 PROPOSED FEES <br />§6.4.100: FEES. The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California. <br />Description Current Fee Reference <br />Pro osed Fee <br />Exp lanation of Propo Fee Chang for 2012 -13 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT - Building Regulations Division <br />7 Excavation and Grading <br />$67.40 <br />Cpl <br />Minimum Fee $65.40 PLUS the fees shown in the fee schedule <br />as adopted by the City Council except that <br />p/,.U,. -.. <br />wherever an hourly rate is shown, the rate shall <br />be equal to the Direct Cost (1) or whichever is <br />greater. <br />Plan Checking $65.40 PLUS the fees shown in the fee schedule <br />$67.10 <br />CPI <br />as adopted by the City Council except that <br />PLUS... <br />wherever an hourly rate is shown, the rate shall <br />be equal to the Direct Cost (1) or whichever is <br />greater. <br />8 <br />Miscellaneous <br />A.
