<br />§6.4.100: FEES. The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California.

<br />Quantity Range 4 Greater than 50,000 pounds, 5,500 gallons, or 200,000 cubic feet at STP, but less than or equal to 500,000 pounds, 55,000 gallons, or 2,000,000 cubic feet at STP, respectively.
<br />Quantity Range 5 Greater than 500,000 pounds, 55,000 gallons, or 2,000,000 cubic feet at STP.
<br />(3) . `Includes plan review, field inspections, and permit processing. Time for inspections is two hours for the first tank and one hour each additional tank. Additional inspections will be charged at the current hourly rate.
<br />(4) `Includes permit processing and two inspections annually (one annual and one re- inspection) for compliance with applicable federal and state underground tank and /or hazardous
<br />_waste laws and regulations and /or the Uniform Fire Code. Additional inspections will be charged at the current hourly rate.
