<br />§6.4.100: FEES. The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California.

<br />(1) Direct Costs: Hourly personnel charge plus a factor of 33% for benefits, 14.80% for indirect overhead charges and 52.23% for staffsupport charges.
<br />(2) Direct Costs /Planning: Hourly personnel charge plus a factor of 33% for benefits, 83% for indirect overhead charges and 89% for staff support charges.
<br />(3) Based on case -by -case financial analysis and appraisals of subject facilities /improvements.

<br />-NOTE: FEES FOR BUILDING PERMITS AND TERMITE REPAIR WORK DO NOT INCLUDE THE STRONG MOTION (EARTHQUAKE) INSTRUMENTATION
<br />-PROGRAM (S.M.I.P.) FEE MANDATED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND COLLECTED BY THE CITY FOR THE STATE. THIS FEE MUST BE ADDED TO
<br />-THE PERMIT FEES.

<br />A. Filing and Issuance Fee
<br />$90 plus valuation fees and /or other building fees
<br />Re- filing Fee for each resubmittal, deferred submittal, and /or revision after the 1st
<br />resubmittal , or upon the 2nd resubmittal for plan check on the same project
<br />50% of Filing and Issuance Fee per occurrence
<br />Minimum fee for one inspection

<br />Building Permits requiring more than one inspection, other than for those requiring
<br />return inspect for corrections from a previous inspection, have a minimum fee of:
