.t <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 87 (2866) <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY <br /> LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC RETROFIT, RENOVATION AND EXPANSION, <br /> PACKAGE NO. 17, MILLWORK, PROJECT NO. 98- 215 -28 -115 <br /> Recitals <br /> Pursuant to a contract between the City and Northwest Design, dated July 19, 1999, <br /> San Leandro Community Library Center Seismic Retrofit, Renovation and Expansion, <br /> Package No. 17 Millwork, Project No. 98- 215 -28 -115, has been completed. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> therefore and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he <br /> therefore recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> project. <br /> 3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> 4. That upon completion of the one -year Maintenance Period established pursuant <br /> to said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br /> Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br /> given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> • <br />
