IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 88 (1219/2575) <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPLY FOR A <br /> TRANSPORTATION FUND FOR CLEAN AI:R (TFCA) REGIONAL GRANT FOR <br /> THE INSTALLATION OF ROUNDABOUTS AT THREE LOCATIONS <br /> Recitals <br /> WHEREAS, the Bay Area Air Quality Management Board has a Transportation Fund for <br /> Clean Air (TFCA); and <br /> WHEREAS, one of the transportation control measures that is eligible for funding, is the <br /> installation of roundabouts; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to apply for a Transportation <br /> Fund for Clean Air Regional Grant for the installation of roundabouts at three locations. <br /> 1. San Leandro Boulevard at Broadmoor Boulevard /Park Street <br /> 2. Fairway Drive at Neptune Drive /Monarch Drive <br /> 3.
