IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 89 (1925/1409) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRIORITIZED LEST OF BICYCLE AND <br /> PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROJECTS FOR MEASURE B FUNDS <br /> Recitals <br /> WHEREAS, Alameda County voters have approved the extension of the 1/2 cent sales <br /> tax for twenty years for roadway projects throughout Alameda County; and <br /> WHEREAS, as part of the new rules and regulations concerning funds approved by the <br /> voters, Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA) requires a list of <br /> bicycle and pedestrian safety projects that have been prioritized by staff, and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has prepared a prioritized list of most of the bicycle and pedestrian <br /> safety projects that has been adopted as part of the General Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVES as <br /> follows: <br /> That said list, incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted <br /> this 17th day of June 2002, by the following called vote: <br /> • <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Young ( 1 ) <br /> Attest: Je/ 1) <br /> Gay e Pet- • • n, City Clerk <br />
