l,. <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 91 (2108) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND SAN LORENZO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> FOR THE JOINT USE OF WASHINGTON MANOR OPEN SPACE SITE <br /> An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Lorenzo Unified School <br /> District, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br /> 17th clay of June, 2002, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Young ( 1 ) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Ga le Pet sen, City Clerk <br />
