IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 93 (1051 /1485) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REPAYMENT OF FUNDS AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br /> of San Leandro, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> fol lows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted this <br /> 17th day of June, 2002, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council <br /> AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine; Santos ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Young ( 1 ) <br /> Attest: ezim.e.t4D <br /> Gayle Pe en, City Clerk <br /> G:\BudAdopt\2002- 03 \CityRepay <br />
